This was one of the mission challenges discussed when 5394 Christian leaders from over 200 nations gathered for the Fourth Lausanne Congress in Seoul, Korea, from 22-28 September.

Jim Memory, Regional Director for Lausanne Europe and Director of International Partnerships for ECM, shared the following from the conference:

"Your work is a holy calling.  Your presence, whatever job you do, a priestly presence.  Since the earliest days of the church, people in the workplace have been the primary evangelists of God's church.  So I pray for you today from here in Korea that God would use you to 'gossip the gospel' wherever you are."

Let the church declare and display Christ together was the theme of the the Fourth Lausanne Congress; its overall focus was on The Global Church Together in God's Mission.

Out of the 750 participants from Europe, 15 were workers with ECM.
