ECM workers and ministries are arranged into regional 'Clusters' - all of which need committed and equipped leadership. Our 'Cluster Leaders' provide vital guidance, accountability, networking, empowerment and member care to our workers.

We are currently looking for leaders for three ouf our cluster regions to oversee the ministries and workers there:

1. Germany

Residence in the country and command of the language is desirable but not essential. This is a self-funded role. Find out more here.

2. Nordic region

Currently we have ministries and workers in Stockholm and southern Finland who need leadership. The ability to speak one of the Nordic languages is not a requirement for this position.The successful Cluster Leader will need to be ready to travel to visit the workers. This is a self-funded role. 3. Romania

The missionaries in Romania are spread from Timisoara in the west to Cernavoda in the east and the successful applicant must be able to travel to visit all of our missionaries. Ability to speak Romanian is desirable but not essential. Find out more here.
