God has a burning desire for His children to be united, which is clearly evident in the words Jesus prayed: “that all of them may be one, Father, just as you are in me, and I am in you. May they also be in us so that the world may believe that you have sent me” (John 17:21).

Many believers have ignored this prayer because of the Christian 'barriers' that have been built of imposed that seemingly justify our non-cooperation – barriers that range from differences in biblical interpretations, liturgical variations, denominational regulations and distrust, to many other disagreements that make so many live and carry out the work in God in separate ways.

This book was written to share practical applications and actions for developing unity within the body of Christ, and also to encourage with stories of experiences from across Europe where this unity has made a profound and eternal difference.

"The Power of Unity" plainly lays out God’s call for unity among His children. It’s an undeniable fact that there is more power and effectiveness in our witness for the Gospel when we live and serve together in unity.

A call to unity is a call to love.

Emanoel Siqueira – a missionary and church planter with over 18 years of experience. He has planted churches in Brazil and Croatia and currently works in Portugal developing revitalization and church planting projects.

Marcos Lucas, a pastor for 20 years, serves as a missionary in Portugal, working in the areas of discipleships, teaching, counselling, church revitalization and church planting

Stephen Bell is a church planter and evangelist who has served in the Balkans for 38 years. As he participates in the great adventure of God, his heart is to help reach the lost for Jesus and to encourage fellow Christians to live wholly for Jesus.
